– Prepare enquiry to send out for pricing to stockists/ manufacturers.
– Follow-up/ liaise with suppliers on quotation/ clarifications…
– Review & prepare analysis of the quotations received
– Negotiation of pricing in the best interest of Edgen Murray
– Prepare offers/ quotations in line with EM terms and conditions and on behalf of the relevant Sales person.
– Work the company PRO IV and Oracle systems
– Input and processing of sale and purchase orders in the company system
– Maintaining & developing strong business relations with the Suppliers/Manufacturers
– Market intelligence/ Review of market pricing
– Preparation/ update pricing records to assist with budgetary quotations
– Update competitor information
– Update suppliers information
– Update of client’s specification info
– Quarterly budgeting of sales activities
