Purpose of Job:
The position serves as a front liner of the business. It performs a variety of clerical and sales administration activities that works within the sales and support teams to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation. The role also ensures smooth flow of information and follow-up for existing and prospective customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaises with customers in all areas of sales by following the *GET FIT Selling Process.
- Maximizes sales opportunities in the process of closing a sale during customer encounters.
- Consistently meets sales targets as set by the team.
- Helps to achieve smooth flow of store operations and faster item movement.
- Processes various modes of payments as accepted by the store.
- Ensures familiarity in the use of the POS System, RICS.
- Replenishes stocks whenever necessary.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Selling Area.
- Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing store and product knowledge.
- Answers telephone queries, conveys messages to achieve efficient customer relations and inter-store relations.
- Handles customer complaints and directs concerns to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Ensures awareness in proper inter-store stock transfers.
- Follows standard stockroom organization; sorting items by gender, classification, category, vendor, style, size.
- Promotes and supports brand marketing strategies and loyalty programs – e.g., Frequent Buyer Program.
- Observes health, safety and security practices in the workplace.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager/s.
- Greet the customer within 10secs. with energy and enthusiasm; Evaluate customer needs, total solution presentation, finalize the sales, introduce additional products and services; T-hank the customer.
- RICS – Retail Inventory and Control System.
Skills
- 3-5 years previous job experience with customer service or sales support background.
- College Level / 2-4 year college graduate preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus factor.
- Age: 23 – 33.
