Sales Marketing Coordinator | Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE

The Role

• Interface between the subsidiary DIESEL TECHNIC (M.E.) FZE and the Marketing Communications division at the headquarters in Germany
• Support of the Sales division in the preparation and execution of action plans in order to expand distribution partnerships
• Planning, organization and evaluation of local marketing and communications activities
• Implementation of marketing projects based on local requirements (e.g. exhibitions, events and promotions)
• Coordination of marketing support (online marketing, media design, exhibitions and events)
• Preparation, organization and conduction of presentations, meetings and trainings
• Coordination and execution of local customer incentives, customer visits, exhibitions and events
• Selection, coordination and monitoring of licensed local marketing service providers and PR agencies
• Responsible for the constant availability and update of sales, marketing and promotion material
• Travel related activities due to customer visits, exhibitions and events

Requirements

• Successful degree in business administration, preferably with focus on marketing or brand management
• Professional experience in marketing operations within an international company or a marketing agency for international corporations
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing in the Middle East
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• High level of intercultural, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written), Arabic or German would be an advantage
• Willingness and capability to travel within the Middle East (e.g. Saudi Arabia), Africa, Europe, Asia etc
