For our dynamic Rubbermaid Commercial Products business in MEA we are looking for a
SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
(based in Dubai)
Reporting to our Key Account Manager, among the others, you will have the following responsibilities:
Customer relationship and service
•Send updated order forms/ pricing to customers
•Forecasting 3 month lead time project follow up
•Communication of marketing information and all other necessary information
•Follow up on orders
•Gather monthly stock reports by market/brand
•Daily communication with customers
•Follow up with customer service on current orders and ensure they ship
•Daily order book follow up
Office support work
•Prepare price exception forms
•Prepare, send and follow up on Excess and Obsolete offers
•Create Cognos reports
•Make Quarterly A&P settlements (or whenever requested)
•Creation of any other report requested
•Provide any other support required by key account sales manager
Skills
Qualifications
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Very good Excel and computer skills
•Is able to multi task
•Strong command of the English language. Arabic and/or French speaking is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
• Consumer Products Industry Experience
