Senior Marketing Associate | ALDAR Properties Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage all events from inception to execution
Events include exhibitions, conferences, launch events, Share Holders’ General Assembly meetings, and events for other ALDAR departments when needed
Manage RFQs of booth designers, agreements with suppliers, design & build of project models, solicitation of models (staff), negotiate with exhibition organizers, catering , security, and follow-up & care for VIP list invitees
Act as the focal point for the relationship with the event coordinators hired to execute any event
Ensure that events are progressing in a timely manner
Work with event coordinators to overcome any obstacles facing the timely delivery of the events
Prepare plans and back up activities to face any incidents that may occur during the execution of the events
Coordinate, manage and oversee execution of events and ensure that potential incidents are addressed in a timely manner
Accountability:
Ensuring that events are properly planned, branded, marketed, promoted and executed ensuring they meet their original purpose
