Job Description

• Design, implement and manage digital marketing programs including;email marketing, landing page optimization, lead generation and social media.
• Oversee the day-to-day business relationships with agencies.
• Provide regularly updated online marketing dashboard of performance metrics.
• Consistent monitoring, reporting and analysis of lead volume trends ensuring optimal return on marketing investment through strategic,cost-effective campaign execution.
• Manage agencies on the design and development of online creative,including: landing pages, emails, microsites, social media/apps and display advertising.
• Generate and manage integrated online campaigns to support marketing and sales needs.
• Drive social media strategy and agencies across social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and define large-scale programs to achieve:

-       aggressive fan and follower acquisition targets

-       positive engagement with The First Group brand

-       lead generation

• Oversee participation in social conversations that surround TFG content and brand, approve comments and mediation
• Create and update weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor the digital and competitive landscape and identify key trends and developments.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Significant experience of all digital marketing techniques and tools: SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, website design & build, social media, mobile marketing and analytics. Understands the social media universe including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr etc..
• Positive attitude; result oriented, focused, attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ability to make decisions quickly and independently when required
