•Medical Devices Industry – with emphasis on Cath Lab products
Responsibilities:
•To visit customers on a periodic basis to establish and reinforce personal and company credibility with customers
•To provide technical support to the customers required for the operation of assigned products.
• To actively participate in government and private tenders by obtaining specifications and quantities, and prepare accurate quotations.
•To assist customers in their development to reinforce the spirit of partnership.
• To remain up-to-date on customers’ development, competitor activities, and prepare relevant reports and statistics
•To monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and repeat business.
•To identify and develop relations with new transactional customers.
•To ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner, and update customers on their status
•To manage complaints filed by customers
•To supervise the marketing activities and organize marketing campaigns on the assigned product line
•To establish a healthy business relationship with all suppliers, and remain updated on the latest trends and technologies in the line
•To in-charge of controlling the inventories of assigned product line.
•To establish sound and effective marketing strategy on assigned product line
•To keep a close eye on the latest developments on products of competitive nature to our line of products.
•To prepare a yearly budget to the Sales Manager pertaining to the funds required for the marketing activities.
•To organize training sessions to the Customer staff providing them with all the technicalities and advantages on the our product line
•To contribute to the continuous growth of the assigned products
•To assist in the organization of exhibitions where assigned product lines will be exhibited.
