Job Description
Participate in establishing the adequate Sales & Contracting business and strategies for all phases of projects or opportunities with clients aiming to achieve the best value for company expenditure.
Conduct Project specific pre-qualification and recommend the Bidders list.
Prepare tenders in line with tender requirement and strategy; process them till finalization including bids evaluation, negotiations and award recommendation.
Ensure Company Policies with regard to the clients’ business policy, ethics, etiquettes, HSE and QA/QC are clearly followed and observed in the tender preparation and applicable laws are considered and adhered to.
Participate in order follow-up, has basic knowledge to evaluate bids technically, facilitate to process orders, and contracts, claims or settlements
Skills
B.Sc. In any Engineering discipline, certificate in Business Administration, Project Management or Costing will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience in similar environment or in Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
Specific knowledge in Contract Law and its application.
Good command of English. Arabic in addition is an advantage.
Good skills in communication, negotiation, time management and excellent computer skills is a must!
