PRIMARY TASKS:
Essential:
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Offer specific training programs to help clients & internal employees maintain or improve job skills.
- Ensure providing all the technical training to Strategic Business Partners and clients owning Profiles On The Web.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers or customer representatives.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
- Evaluate training materials prepared in cooperation with the client relationship manager.
- Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.
- Select and assign outsourced trainers to conduct training (whenever required).
Marginal:
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
- Ensures proper documentation and personnel record keeping.

- Ensure effective training for clients.
- Ensure using different type of training methods during delivery of training
- Ensure training of clients & employees on different utilization of Profiles tools & services
- Ensure providing proper advise to client
- Understanding of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation during providing the training.
- Building feedback system from trainee to enhance the training programs
- Proper management of company resources
