To launch NBC’s 13th Street TV Channel in Germany, fans had the chance to live a thrilling crime drama using their iPhones, thanks to the miracle of Augmented Reality. Berlin-based ad agency Jung von Matt/Spree introduced The Witness, the first movie in the outernet where fans could actually live the movie, running around town collecting evidences in order to save Nadia the prostitute and free her from the Russian Mafia, using GPS and some augmented reality techniques.
