Job Description

One of the leading and very well established Global Media Agency is looking for a Business Director to come on board. Position is based in Dubai and they are offering an excellent Package (TAX FREE Salary) + Benefits.
Help facilitate the creation of a local marketing programme in each of the markets utilising
global marketing team resources. Develop and lead the New Business Leaders community to encourage sharing, collaboration and greater efficiencies. Play a key role in major new business pitches, negotiating new business terms and bedding in new clients

Business Responsibilities:

• Give direction to and create a clear team marketing structure across EMEA markets to maximise new business gain.
• Lead, organise and support New Business Leaders across the markets
• Provide a clear and effective process for running new business pitches
• Follow and enhance the WIN! Process.
• Ensure GSIP and RWC processes are known and used in new business across all markets
• Set up processes for attracting new business prospects and maintain a new business database aligned with Kate Rowlinson in  EMEA and the global team
• Negotiate TOB for new client contracts alongside the MENA CEO and local MD’s – both local
  and global.

People Responsibilities:

• Use your network and local market knowledge to identify and attract talented new business
  drivers into EMEA agencies
• Collaborate with local CEO and New Business lead when hiring for senior marketing and new
  business roles
• Work with the local CEO on the retention of new business leaders.
• Work with EMEA marketing team to secure right resources for MENA
• Input into the MY360 and performance discussions of Marketing and New business leaders when requested by the markets
