The Role
Client needs and expectations are identified and addressed within set guidelines
Client feedback is acted upon, monitored and analyzed
Queries/ complaints are attended and handled in a timely and appropriate manner
Social media information and official websites are monitored and updated
Assist with organising hospital marketing activities
Queries from the Info Website managed or directed to the concerned department
Conduct daily ward rounds and provide feedback / take action where needed
Special greetings arranged during patient’s birthday or special celebration
Must be visible and available in the Outpatients department to render a service to the patients / clients
VIP clients assisted in their visit or queries
Patient Satisfaction Survey compiled and sorted. Concerns or complaints arising from the survey are dealt with accordingly
Respond to communication using appropriate media
Mutually beneficial relationships are built and maintained with colleagues and multi-disciplinary team
Participate in Continuous Professional Development
Professional ethics, EHL values and caring standards are demonstrated
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Public Relations from a reputable Institute
Minimum 2 years client relations experience
Exposure in healthcare industry in similar role a distinct advantage
Knowledge of marketing and customer relation principles
Knowledge of social media systems
Passionate about customer relations and dealing with people daily, high energy levels
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Can function effectively under pressure
Must be able to function independently and use own initiative
Ability to deal with customers in a professional, mature manner and effectively handle conflict situations where needed
Strong service culture orientation: At ease functioning in a multicultural environment
Intermediate computer literacy skills
