Content Editor - Arab Nationals | Focus Direct UAE
The Role
Our client, a well renowned Federal Government Authority in Abu Dhabi, s an immediate requirement for a Content Editor in the PR and Media department.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the highest quality of written material is presented both internally and externally. Representing the organisation in the media locally and internationally, professionally and concisely.
Having a core understanding of the brief and message to be communicated.
Delivering written word and verbal content for articles, press releases, speeches and published documents.
Modifying and editing content to ensure the essential message is clear.
Writing variuos options to be chosen from.
Reviewing work submitted for external agencies for publication.
Checking spelling, grammar and accuracy of material
Checking content complies with policies and procedures of the organisation.
RequirementsBachelors Degree in Communication, Media and/or journalism Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role The ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage workload effectively Excellent eye for detail Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic |
