Receiving the approved Cutting List, approved shop drawings, door schedules, ironmongery schedules from the Production department.
Requests and arrange materials, tools and work space from store.
Distributes the job to the labors as per Production Schedule.
Supervises the labor and make sure they follow the safety and mandatory instructions.
Responsible in getting output from the labors as per the calculated timings for each operation or job without rejections and maintain quality of work.
Responsible for the optimum usage of labors, machinery and materials in his section.
Prepares daily utilization and Material Report.
Provides training as per training program.
Follow the instructions given by his superior.
Skills
Has good knowledge of woods and veneer.
Has experience in similar supervisory position.
Has good communication and problem solving skills.
Has 5 years and above similar experience.
