The candidate will be responsible for the following
•Review all existing company marketing collateral to guarantee compliance to company standards
•Communicate with different company department to collect their marketing collateral needs
•Develop the required forms for collecting all requests’ needed information
•Creatively design the required material and get the relevant approvals
•Prepare material for in-house or at press production
•Follow up and inspect the press material to comply to company standers
•The following are the types of materials the candidate will be required to design

oBrochures
oUser Guides
oProfiles
oBanners
oPosters
oRollups
oNeptune
oHand outs
oHTML E-mailers
oPower Point Presentations
oTraining videos (computer Screen Capture)
oFlash Animation
oWall Calendar
oAny other types might be required
Skills
The candidate must possess the following skills
•Creativity and ability to provide innovative ideas and designs
•Flexibility, and able to accept professional criticism
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Good communication skills
•Good English (reading -Writing)
•French language knowledge is desirable but not must
•Expert command of all required graphic design/Video editing software packages to produce the required materials professionally
•Very good knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Publisher.

Education
College Degree – prefer in Arts
