Requirements Proficient in English Is confident taking decisions Lead people technically, able to explain how to code to design Proficient in technical documentation (text with decisions arguments, diagrams only to support understanding of text) Experienced in effective large scale projects and code refactoring In depth JSF knowledge In depth knowledge on transaction management Able to connect business requirements to technical design decisions to consequences on code changes Ideally have In depth Spring knowledge (basic use of framework, use of spring extensions) Experienced in automated system test of services (e.g. using Java JUnit with business like data) Experience with Spring Webflow Experience with web services and remote EJB's Experience with extending Spring (e.g. adding aspects to realise declarative security)
