Overall Skills / Requirement
· Strong advertising industry experience in account management, planning, creating and executing marketing assets
· Interest and passion in interactive, especially social networking
· Experience in Account Management Strategy and Account Profitability plans

Client Management
· Contribute actively to the formulation and articulation of AM strategy.
· Act as a brand custodian and take ownership for the growth and positioning of the brand
· Deliver on targets for accounts in terms of Revenue and Profitability.
· Based on Evaluation and Review, identify intelligent proactive initiatives that can add value to client’s brands
· Exceeds client expectations and increase their overall satisfaction with the Agency
· Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
· Ensure that Disruption Philosophy is being practiced and utilized in all facets of the work done
· Prepare a Communication Plan for the brand based on inputs from the client
· Lead Briefing to execution for critical jobs and big launches
· Ensure all deliverables to clients are to brief, guidelines and budget and within deadlines
· Prepare and update a Master Job list to keep track of all the jobs on the account
· Prepare a Brand Intelligence Report based on insights shared in the meeting. Share report with Creative and Planning.
· Prepare a reconciliation of billing and estimates on a monthly basis based on discussion within the team and with Finance
· Work closely with Finance to resolve invoicing and collections and other financial management issues related to the accounts.

Technical Understanding
· Possess good understanding in the areas of all marketing applications, especially digital
· Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application to the project
· Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices
