Tyco Fire & Security UAE requires a Receptionist for their Head Office based in Abu Dhabi.

The succesful candidate for the role will :

* Manage and operate the central telephone switchboard and should be able to screen calls, transfer the calls to relevant department or staff and able to provide basic company information to callers

* Monitor the central company email account and distribute the mails to the respective department or staff

* Operate and monitor the central office fax machine, distribute the documents to the relevant department or staff and maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence

* Attend to visitors in an efficient and courteous manner and direct them to the concerned department or staff

* Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and couriers and process the same as required

* Provide admin support to the Personal Assistant to the General Manager when required
