The Role

This position holds the overall responsibility for projecting the company’s brand image as one of the well established and professionally managed real estate companies and manages corporate communications; both internally/externally.

Experience in a CONSTRUCTION firm or REAL ESTATE/ PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT is a plus factor.

Requirements

MBA / BA with specialization in Marketing / Mass Communication.
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Public Relation & Communications
-Experience across media relations, corporate communications, crisis management, public affairs and/or marketing communications;
-Knowledge in print and electronic media requirements for production, broadcast.
-Good knowledge and understanding of marketing, media management and advertising.
-In-depth knowledge of markets within the Real Estate industry.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
