PR Manager | Manama, Bahrain

This high profile Bahraini organization has an urgent requirement for a bilingual Bahraini PR Manager who has extensive experience in events and corporate communication.

This role requires excellent inter-personal and team management skills. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with the local, regional and international media, you will work on all media platforms to ensure maximum exposure and will design and implement media plans for all local and international events. You will also monitor the company’s online presence as well.

The role includes but is not limited to :
• Planning and implementing Department strategies and able to work on an international level;
• Have strong contacts with regional and local media. Able to plan and implement online and print media campaigns;
• Strong English and Arabic writing and editing skills with a flare for writing feature stories, corporate messages for the management and generic stories.
• Excellent event planning skills;

We require a minimum of 5 years corporate PR experience within sport, travel or the service industry.

A male candidate between the age of 30 – 35 years.

Excellent Arabic and English writing and speaking skills are essential, as is a strong background in news writing, media relations and using social media tools as a form of PR.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated and have an outgoing personality, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
