This award winning global network is seeking a Director of Arts to be responsible for the creative look and feel of the channel and its constituent on/off air parts. He / she will lead and establish successful teams to inspire ideas generation and cement the brand as the leading international broadcaster.

The Role
• To initiate, maintain and deliver the creative look of the channel including – channel branding and identity, channels news graphics and campaigns, set design, collaborating with Network directors to ensure that the on-screen and online content is within brand guidelines and managing rebrand or channel launches.
• Lead the department and report directly to the Creative Director. Work with an established team to drive and improve the creative product.
• The role will be based at the Headquarters in Doha, Qatar.

The Candidate
• Proven track record of achievement in a similar creative role. Senior Management level and international experience within the multi-national broadcasting industry.
• Knowledge of working in an HD Broadcast environment with operational knowledge of the relevant systems and software packages.
• Strong people and communication skills with ability to work with international and cross functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage.
