HR Manager – ARABIC speaking – 7-10 yrs experience (banking and finance) | Cobalt Recruitment Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client is a well established government backed financial organisation in Abu Dhabi. As part of their restructure and growth, they are looking for an HR manager with 7-10 years experience within a multinational, international, government or financial company to drive and implement strategy within specific business units of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR including recruitment, corporate performance management, manpower planning, and business planning. This will very much be a “hands on” role and the right candidate should be used to dealing with board level corporate individuals. You should be fluent in Arabic and English and have experience both internationally and in the region. Salary 50-60k AED/month (salary dependent on experience)
