The Role

Very attractive package for the right candidate

Our Client is looking for a first rate Marketing Manager with specialist FMCG experience to join the team at its corporate office in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience and a sound marketing framework.

You will currently hold the position of Marketing Manager and for the last 2/3 years held full P & L management responsibility. You should have a demonstrated career path as a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager/Customer Marketer in FMCG (preferably food) with a multinational organisation. In addition, you should have launched a significant brand in the last 5 years with 360 degree activation. Ideally, previous experience will have provided exposure to both KSA and Egypt.

You must be fully operational on retail audits, trackers (brand health), and habit and attitude studies and be skilled in data interpretation and resulting action planning. A strong leader and keen team player, you must believe in building capability, promoting talent and developing the skills of your team. You must be adept at relationship building and be an interdepartmental team player, i.e. Sales, Supply Chain etc.

Requirements

Preferably an Arabic speaker, you will be suitably qualified from a reputed institute. You must possess excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and drive. The role involves significant travel to KSA, Egypt and Yemen and additional travel to markets in Malaysia and Indonesia.
