The Role

Marketing Support & Bid Coordinator – Up to AED 18,000

This is a dual function role and requires a candidate with both marketing and bid/tender experience.
You will be responsible for issuing proposals in line with the RFP guidelines, manage the RFP process from start to finish liaising with various departments in the company, proof reading and final formatting, ensuring the legal team have reviewed the T&C’s, ensuring compliance with company standard and overseeing the proposal library.
You will also liaise with the Regional Marketing team in the UK, ensure delivery of marketing related inputs to the PR firms, manage events, research and identify new marketing events and opportunities.

Requirements

Ideally you will have a marketing qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing within a multinational Professional Services company. You must have both marketing and bid/proposal/tender experience.
You must be highly efficient, able to meet tight deadlines, able to work on various projects at the same time, excellent research, formatting, editing skills, strong attention to detail, able to think strategically and adapt to changing requirements and be able to focus under pressure.
