The Role
Our client is a leading ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO18001 certified Cleaning Services company in UAE, requires experienced Marketing Manager – Tendering and Contracts Specialist
Main responsibilities : *Preparation of prequalification and classification documents of the co. to govt. and private sectors. * Managing marketing team to prepare Technical and Commercial proposals for clients including examining project Specifications and contract Conditions and pricing for direct and indirect costs, Issuing RFI to clarify tender requirements. * Negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients. * Reviewing all current contracts in place. * Building up relationship with clients by clear communication of the requirements and seek resolution on issues in a timely manner.
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer & General Manager

Duration : Permanent Position

Gross monthly base salary : commensurate with qualification and experience

Requirements
University qualifications : Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience : 5-7 years in relevant field
Specialist knowledge : Computer Literate
Other Skills : Leadership ability, good negotiator
