Marketing Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Propose and develop business development strategies and marketing plans in designated markets in accordance with approved company strategy.
· Lead and supervise conduct of relevant research in designated markets, assure products pre-qualification and direct the organization to pursue business opportunities domestically and regionally to achieve marketing targets leads to sales growth and leader ship market position.
· Monitor the marketing budget, review quarterly performance, conduct budgetary analysis and make recommendations to achieve targets and business goals.
· Build and maintain relationships with customer chain (clients, consultant, and major subcontractors) and project management firms and establish product recognition, technical integrity and after-sales services and endeavor to have products included in the technical specifications.
· Conduct quarterly business development performance budgetary reviews analyze variance and take corrective action as necessary.
· Develop thorough understanding of the pre-qualification process of potential clients and customers and endeavor to secure pre-qualification of the company products to assure bidding invitations with concerned consultants, project management firms, contract supplier and specialized contractors.
· Research and evaluate local and designated markets to recognize target markets and identify potential users and customers. Gather marketing intelligence about relevant projects awarded or to be awarded in the designated markets. Make proposals and recommend business development initiatives in such markets.

Relevant Experience :
§ Minimum 15 Years of experience out of which at-least 8 years in similar capacity

Technical Knowledge / Skills:
§ Marketing of specialized technical products
§ Product experience in dealing with international and native institutional clients
