Project management:
-Handle and supervise projects and/or hired to JP alongside the GM
oCommunications and follow up with clients or partners

Communications and Public Relations:

-External Communications:

o On most occasions after the GM, direct communications person for CMJ, BOJ, TRACCS PR Co. Sesame Workshop, USAID, other clients and partners according to the needed projects.

o Follow-up, manage and carry out on specific projects and/or requests from partners and/or the in-house team or general information; (linking partners) Studies, documents, reports and presentations etc.

o Direct contact with Sesame Workshop for general partner requests such as Press scans, reports, another needed to share.

-Internal Communications:
o Assisting alongside management team any internal notices, follow-ups and/or internal communications for the team. i.e. gathering invoices and providing to accountant and GM. Following up on specific JP matters when required. (Also a part of project management)

-Corporate partnership relations management (Simsim):

o Set communications and partnership PR plan find and target potential partners.

o contact and set meeting – potential partners communications.

o Develop partnership deliverables plan (with or without SW input)

o Develop proposals and presentation for meetings.

o Follow-up and development of the project. (Corporate relations communications).

o Project implementation with team.

o Making full reports on project and partnership process for partners and management.

o Any other required

- Additional Tasks (can be managed or not with the PR co) – Directly responsible for management and follow up of all activities involving the PR co in addition to supervising the following:

o Event Management; (inc. Simsim activities, committees etc.)

o Press Officer; Press release development, edit and dispatch (briefing forms, or direct articles, press plan, marketing strategy, etc) Supervise translation process between parties and approvals.

o Copywriter and editor; Manage and supervise content of documents, brochures and/or any written materials for JP or Simsim – monitor all translations of documents done by the PR co. Supervise approvals.

o Project Management & Follow-ups – Supervise or carry out other JP related specific projects on case by case basis.

o Reporting; Biweekly reports to the management on all activities including development and progress of tasks assigned to the PR co.

Media Components Management :
o Manage and supervise webpage content development for JP site and Simsim site.

o Develop page outline and manage media committee getting al updating projects, info and press to the media components.

o Magage and update youtube channels, facebook page & group, twitter page

* Excellent command of the English language.

Education
Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or any related feild.
