Sales Coordinator | El Sewedy Cables Yanbu, Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh

•Receiving Orders, Ensuring Delivery, Follow-up on Goods Sold, Gathering Sales Intelligence, Preparing Delivery Notes and Invoices and Filing.
•Executing Sales Orders:-
•Typing Verbal Orders.
•Issuing Filling Requisition to Warehouse/Purchasing.
Ensuring Proper Delivery:-
•Communicating with Clients to Ensure Satisfaction with Delivered Products, Methods and Delivery Time.
•Gathering Sales Intelligence Information from Clients.
Customer Service:-
•Listening to Clients Needs, Demands and communicating them to Supervisor.
•Following-up on Customer Service Issues to Ensure Proper Completion.
Sales Completion:-
•Preparing Delivery Notes.
•Issuing Invoices and Statements for Clients.
•Monitoring Dispatched / Pending Quantities on Purchase Orders and Contracts.

Skills
•3- 5 years of relevant industrial experience
•Knowledge of ERP
•Well Versed, Motivating, diplomatic and has the ability to communicate with all community levels.
•Highly Organized
•Computer literate.
•Good command of English language
•High Customer Service Level.
•High analytical skills
•Transferable Aqqama
•Willing to relocate Yanbu
