Senior Account Manager | Abu Dhabi

- Senior Account Executive works within the Client Services Team managing assigned clients in the on-time implementation of permission-based personalized e-messaging programs. These programs require hands-on control and extend to direct response, brand building, prospect and customer list building, opt-in/opt-out privacy programs, and e-commerce.
- Responsible for meeting revenue growth targets measured on a month-to-month and year-to-date basis.
- Working with each assigned client and the account Team to expand and grow the business.
- Involved in reconciling all client requests, directing the execution of integrated e-messaging solutions, as well as up-selling to achieve department revenue growth targets.

Skills
- Requires 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years minimum working experience in the Client Service, Account Management, or Direct Marketing fields.
- Proven ability to drive processes and decisions to closure.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision required.
- Strong working knowledge of various software applications such as MS Office, Visio, and FTP. Technological aptitude very helpful.
