Senior Marketing Coordinator | Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated senior marketing coordinator to be part of our Dubai-based marketing team, serving the marketing and business development needs of our entire MENA region. Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing the development of bids and proposals for the MENA region, including project-specific research, meeting facilitation, development of qualifications, support to technical writers, editing production management and overall schedule and budget management.
• Develop bid strategy and detailed methodologies, including scheduling, planning and facilitate bid team activities
• Support development of marketing collateral materials, including capability statements, curriculum vitae and corporate experience sheets
• Liaise with both internal and external clients and partner organisations.
Requirements

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing proposals and marketing materials – relevant technical background a plus
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills (Arabic a plus)
• Detail-oriented with ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate easily with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Adobe InDesign skills desirable).
• Knowledge of database management
