Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Managing the marketing programs, brand image, new product launches and marketing research based on global marketing strategies.
• Developing and supporting the Group’s communication strategy, management of the web sites and social media content.
• Leading and supporting public relations and press announcements by NRS International with business partners and clients.
• Developing and supporting all marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, online support materials, video content, etc.
Writing and developing the creative aspects of all marketing initiatives.
• Planning managing the company’s attendance and participation for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and all other events.
• Managing all internal and external events with clients and/or employees.
• Maximize the outcome of Marketing & Communications initiatives.
Skills
• 3-5 years equivalent experience
• Action-oriented drive, positive attitude, flexible, adaptable
• Outstanding strategic thinking, planning, and prioritization competencies; ability to quickly consolidate information into actionable responses
• Experience managing budgets and billing approval processes, including forecasting and
reconciliations
• Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships (marketing and agency partners)
• Proven communication (verbal and written) skills, highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to develop and articulate succinct business rationale supporting recommendations
• Consistently demonstrate a collaborative approach (cross-functional where applicable) to solving issues/problems or identifying appropriate solutions
• Disciplined and proven track record as a leader with an ability to work remotely
• Excellent knowledge of computer tools required for presentation and information sharing (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education
University degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
