Microsoft announces second edition of Tech∙Ed Middle East

Microsoft Gulf today announced that after the resounding success of its debut Tech.Ed event in the Middle East, it is bringing back the global event to Dubai by hosting the second Tech.Ed Middle East from 8-10 March 2011 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

The unique three day event will offer IT professionals and developers a chance to explore Microsoft’s latest, ground-breaking products and technologies with a strong focus on Cloud Computing, choose from 200 technical sessions delivered by Microsoft and industry experts, participate in more than 40 Instructor Labs and 20 Technical Learning Centres designed to give practical experience, and meet face-to-face with Microsoft executives, insiders, technology experts and industry peers.

Tech.Ed is Microsoft’s premier technical education event that takes place across select locations globally. UAE was chosen as one of the top 10 locations by Microsoft last year to host the region’s first Tech.Ed Middle East with the aim of connecting technology professionals to broad set of current and future Microsoft technologies, tools, platforms and services. The event brought together delegates from a total of 38 countries across the world and 25 countries from the MEA region.
