Our client a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered products is currently looking to hire a Regional Sales manager for their UAE office.The Successful candidate will be in charge of Sales & Marketing and direct the actual distribution of their products to the customer, drive sales distribution coordination and establish sales territories and training programs for sales representatives
Scope & Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Sales strategies
Plan and evaluate sales training programs
Recruit train and motivate Sales personal
Develop Monthly Bookings and department forecasts
Evaluate new sales opportunities
