1. Assisting in the development of sales plans as well as ensuring that the sales function representatives implement company sales policies and procedures.
2. Assigning sales team targets and consequently monitoring the achievement of such targets.
3. Identifying sales prospects and potential clients while directing sales representatives towards such opportunities.
4. Assisting in the organization of conferences and lectures to present company products while ensuring the effective development of contacts.
5. Training the sales team on effective sales skills required for best performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
6. Providing clients with technical information about products as well as other information including price, side effects, value…etc.
7. Assisting in the negotiations of product prices as well as building offers and contracts.
8. Providing high service level for clients by assuring the fast response to orders, as well as evaluating reports describing product performance and client satisfaction.
9. Studying draw-backs and client objections while recommending solutions and plans to overcome sales/ marketing obstacles in coordination with the marketing function.
10. Preparing sales-related reports and documents (completed sales transactions, sales team performance…etc) to the area manager.
