The Role
Our client a High Profile Organisation in Qatar is seeking to recruit a Speechwriter who is responsible for providing strategic communication support in writing speeches, presentations, talking points, scripts, blogs, op-eds, white papers and other communications, as needed. The person in this position will be a proven leader in helping high profile Organisation Leaders succeed with internal and external communications that position them as thought leaders and impactful speakers.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Speeches
- Managing Liaisons
- Researches/Maintains awareness of latest trends
- Managing Library/Archive
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Masters degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs or other relevant degree with strong experience in writing speeches and public addresses in English for senior level executives, business leaders, state officials or diplomats.
- Minimum Work Experience of 10 years writing speeches for high profile leaders
- Excellent English writing skills including ability to define and write key messages about complex matters in clear, concise and understandable prose understood by all audiences.
