If you work in advertising you find yourself obliged not only to endorse but to actually consume your clients’ products, simply because you strongly believe in these products, or at least because you want consumers to believe in your work, and of course this belief changes as soon as you lose the account, but that’s not the story now.
This campaign by the Effies in New Zealand got my attention, I think it’s really bold. The Effie asked few advertising executives from top ad agencies in the country to go into a Polygraph Test to see if they lie, you too can go through this test on this website: http://www.resultsdontlie.co.nz/
Would such a campaign have an effect on the relationship between these agencies and their clients?
