The Client Services Director Role
As the client services director you will be expected to
• Manage the service quality of the Account Handling team, in order to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction are achieved and maintained.
• You will be required to effectively represent the company with existing clients and prospective client.
• Be involved with the new business and with the direction of the agency going forward.
• You will work closely with senior team members internally and externally
Requirements
The Client Services Manager
• You will have 5-6 years of experience in the same role.
• You will have a solid background in advertising and marketing project management
• Expertise on PR/Social Media/Digital Marketing
• You will be a Native English Speaker
