Marketing Associate | IPF Group Dubai, UAE

Role:
* Building, maintaining and developing the Client / Prospect database (RTOS).
* Establishing, developing and enhancing client relationships.
* Following up with clients and prospects.
* Ensuring that the clients are served at a level of excellence
* Understanding, promoting and marketing investment opportunities to clients and prospects.
* Monitoring customer perceptions to address negative image and problem areas
* Setting up in-depth and effective relationships with the regional journalist community
* Co-ordinating with all departments for promotional activities and client servicing
* Conducting market research and analyze the market
* Provide marketing support on all aspects of lead generation and opportunity development.

Qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* 2-3 years experience related to banking.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Good interpersonal and generic skills.
