The Role

A leader in real estate development, our client is a well-established and highly-regarded brand in the MENA Region. The business is currently undergoing a significant period of transformation to enable it to achieve ambitious sales and profitability growth, which has led to the creation of a Marketing Director role.

A highly challenging and critical role, the Marketing Director will ultimately be responsible for creating, developing, implementing and delivering the company’s marketing across the Region. Reporting to the Board, this is a highly strategic position that will shape the future of the company and is crucial to its success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a marketing Degree from a recognised University coupled several years strong marketing / online marketing and PR experience as well as in-depth knowledge and experience of CRM, SEO, PPC and site analytics. You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, be financially astute and able to communicate at all levels and a proven track record of achievement within a similar marketing environment. Experience in the real estate or FMCG / product management sector will be preferable as would an Arabic Speaker.
