The Role

Basic Functions

To actively lead the entire product development lifecycle from concept-to-market.

In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Developer is responsible for a product or product portfolio with respect to:

Market Analysis – technology assessment, competitive analysis
Quantitative Analysis – win/loss analysis
Product Strategy – managing and executing the innovation process
Product Planning – defining use cases, user personas and release milestones

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the entire product development process starting from inception to launch phases
Liaise with all product development process stakeholders to ensure timely feedback of requirements
Present progress updates at the gate meetings of product development
Prepare the business case required for the Go/No-go decision by the product council
Ensure that all the necessary elements of the product readiness checklist are completed and signed off before product launch including but not limited to:
Testing / trials
Collateral
Online
Payment Gateway
Channels
Training
Sign-offs
Customer Order Form
Price list
Ordering user guide
Product configuration
Etc…
In-charge of the product development process timeframe for new products or enhancements of existing products

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / IT / Engineering.
Must have proven product development skills.
3 to 4 years of experience within Telecom, IT, System Integrator
Sound knowledge of telecommunications technology
Innovative and initiator by nature
Good analysis and project management skills
Good reporting and presentation skills
Good command of English and Arabic language
Motivator and team player
Nationality: Saudi National preferred
