Organizational Structure Specialist | Gallup Dubai, UAE
Gallup is looking for an Organizational Structure Specialist to join Gallup Dubai. Gallup’s Organizational Structure Specialists work with external clients and consultants at Gallup to develop reporting structures using the clients’ employee and customer data. These professionals understand the clients’ company and organizational structure, and using this knowledge, along with their analytical talents, these problem solvers use a spreadsheet program to create the best reporting structures. They use insightful data from these structures to give feedback to the client and Gallup consultants, while also running quality assurance tests to ensure accurate and beneficial deliverables.
Skills
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably related to business, and expertise in Microsoft® Excel®.
