Role:
• Respond to questions received via 4644
• Research and stay updated with local and worldly news / happenings
• Identify new research avenues
Compensation:
Comprehensive training will be provided. Once we have honed in your research skills and you are confident with our system, you will be tasked with answering any question we receive via 4644.
Junior Response Agent: Research and answer any question received on 4644. You will use your own wit and humor to give that human touch to your responses and will ensure that our customers get the best possible answer every single time. $900 + bonus
Senior Response Agents: Once you have proven to be an effective response agent and have achieved set KPI’s you will be promoted to Senior Response Agent. Besides answering questions, you will manage the quality of answers and be responsible for other Junior Response agents (mentoring). $1000 + bonus
