• Experience in Retail with large sized showrooms .( Furniture products & accessories is advantages)
• Excellent ability to strategize, lead, train and motivate sales team to secure maximizes showroom sales and achieves targets.
• Excellent Selling & Customer Interaction skills
• Manage complete retail operations of a Furniture Showroom.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE VIP CLIENTS .
Work in coordination with Interior designers on clients requirement
