3rd International Kite Fiesta at Dubai Outlet Mall painted the sky with Colors
17 Jan 2014. Dubai, UAE. - The 3rd edition of Dubai Outlet Mall’s Kite Fiesta poured in crowds of thousands kite flying enthusiasts flying their colorful & themed kites, all day long.
A family fun day on Friday 17 Jan 2014 with loads of activities for kids and general crowd at Dubai Outlet Mall’s outdoor venue, got even more exciting when the international Kite teams started their performance flying gigantic and imaginative theme kites in different shapes and colors. The highlight of this event was the enormous animal themed and colorful Kite exhibition showcasing unique handmade Kites from different countries around the world dotting Dubai sky with vivid and bright creations.

The International Kite Fiesta Dubai, 2014 is recognized as one of the best outdoor events in the region that pulls thousands of kite aficionados from different nationalities. This popular event has grown from strength to strength and is well awaited by a large number of regulars. There were a variety of fun activities appropriate for all ages. It was indeed a delight to see thousands of families enjoying and participating with family and friends.”
International teams attending the event were Kite Sri Lanka Organization from SriLanka, Team Mangalore from India, Buhamad Kite Team from Kuwait, Kite Life Foundation from India, High Flyers Belgaum and Royal Kite Flyers Club from Ahmedabad. They flew their massive kites and showcased their skills while the general crowd also participated in kite flying with their own kites.
Dance & music, Kite making workshops, Kids playing area, mini zoo, live entertainment and games, local artists, Dj performance and Bazaar stalls were just some of the attractions throughout the day , making it a unique and ecstatic weekend for everyone.
