DineDubai dining network launched in UAE

Nicholas Paillart, the CEO of Sherazade, proudly announced the launch of DineDubai, the first intelligent dining network in the UAE, in February 2011.

French national but former resident of England, Germany, India, Hong Kong and Singapore, Paillart is an entrepreneur, who has been continuously expanding his knowledge, both culturally and professionally, to become a recognised icon in the F&B industry. Currently, Paillart is running Sherazade, JLT, which looks after one of its many projects ‘DineDubai’.

These experiences had shaped Paillart’s personality into a social expert of the Hospitality industry. Paillart, current CEO, DineDubai, in addition to running his companies, takes pride in growing a benchmarking capability with an action plan of upgrading international chain restaurants in many areas such as service, food, staff training and the like. Today he runs a team of hospitality experts and technical staff in Singapore and Dubai, JLT.

Prior to setting up Sherazade in Dubai, Nicholas Paillart was a director of OneEmpower, South East Asia’s leading provider of loyalty management and customer transaction systems, collectively known as Smart Customer Value Management (or Smart CVM) Solutions and a pioneer in adopting a holistic approach to enterprise-wide loyalty marketing.

In a market where Loyalty was still learning to define itself, Nicholas incorporated OneEmpower Middle East under the name Sherazade in 2004.
