The Role
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies for CCAD. This position is also responsible for analyzing and evaluating marketing performance outcomes and recommending changes to optimize CCAD’s competitive position.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops effective marketing strategies for clinical product lines to increase market share, patient visits, surgical activity and revenue growth
Formulates marketing strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis and operational availability
Provides marketing vision, innovation and leadership
Plans and develops product line marketing budgets that are linked to key tactics
Integrates information and strategies with other marketing personnel in an effort to develop a seamless marketing system
Assesses and develops new marketing programs and services
Serves as a liaison and consultant in the implementation of CCAD marketing objectives
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years in-depth marketing experience is required
Minimum of three (3) years managerial/supervisory experience is required
Ability to manage complex group processes using effective matrix management, negotiation and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to speak and write in English is required
Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
Health care industry experience is preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field, is required
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field, is preferred
