On behalf of our client, a leading and reputed local holding company is currently seeking to recruit Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryTo sell the power tools and other products, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction and loyalty.-Visit and prospect pre-designated customers within targeted group and follow-up on demands-Handle all power tools inquiries related to assigned tasks and responsibilities-Deal with customers in-house as long as these fall within targeted customer group-Assist and consult customers in finding the adequate solution to the needs and expectations-Prepare offers and follow-up the release of local purchase order by customers.-Support and follow-up the deliveries to customers-Undertake and follow-up on debt collection for assigned customer accounts.-Prepare monthly visit plan, weekly visit report to be prior discussed with executive sales manager.-Keep track on daily basis report on sales achievement in comparison to targets.-Maintain a record of T.E sold to designated customers and follow-up on customers not able to meet their monthly targets.-Maintain proper filing on individual customers including copies of sales invoice, relevant correspondences and Lpo's.-Prospect and acquire new customers in order to optimize the brand's penetration in the targeted customer group.-Maintain and build strong relationship with existing customers while achieving customer satisfaction in meeting the needs and expectations of the clientele.-Keep track on customer records (business activity and development, fleet, potential needs and requirements)-Coordinate and review problems with other departments (logistics, service, accounts) concerning the pre-designated target customers.-Undertake initial contact with customer demands in view of eventual enquiries and orders-Provide existing and potential customers with official quoteprice list-Signal to the management team any relevant comments or observationsconcerning the customer portfolio that can affect positively or negatively the business development-Monitor the order processing of assigned accounts from quotation to order confirmation-Monitor order deliveries for assigned customers and ensure compliance with the customers' orders-Follow-up on payments in line with the agreed credit terms and conditions granted to the customer-Follow-up on after-sales and eventual damage report in coordination with the principal's representative.
Skills
Qualification and Experience-Engineering in Mechanical Electricalwith in 5 or 10 years of experience in power tools, electrical air conditioning equipment supply to construction industry-3 to 4 years in related fieldSkills-Good knowledge of trade-Communication skills in English Arabic-Capable of taking responsibility of a business unit undependably-Able to plan and forecast business and budgeting-driving license in UAE.
