Marketing & Branding Officer | Beirut, Lebanon

EMCO is currently seeking a Marketing and Branding Officer to be based in Hazmieh, Lebanon

The Marketing and Branding Officer will be responsible for performing the following functions:
• Contributing to the development of the Marketing strategy ensuring that this is in alignment with the overall vision of the group
• Handling all marketing related projects
• Developing company branding guidelines and material
• Enhancing current company literature and prequalification manuals
• Producing cost effective, highly targeted marketing plans
• Taking responsibility for promotional material
• Assisting in internal marketing campaigns and material
• Carrying out market research and competitive intelligence analysis
• Taking responsibility for public relations
• Liaising with vendors and agencies to ensure project and product accuracy with the maximum ROI
• Responsible for developing and executing company events
• Other duties may be assigned

Past Experience and Education
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing is strongly preferred
• University Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
• Advanced Arabic & English spoken and written communication skills.

Specific Job Requirements:
• Exposure to the design and implementation of Marketing Plans
• Solid knowledge of Middle East and GCC markets
• Experience in branding is essential
• Exposure to the contracting, construction or oil and gas fields
• Ability to travel

Personality:
• Dynamic person with leadership skills
• Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with complex situations.
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
• The ability to operate effectively in a complex, diverse organization within a matrix environment
• Creative and innovative individual

Computer Skills:
• Must be adept in use of MS Office
• Web design is strongly preferred
