Marketing & Communications Director | Elnefeidi Group Holding Company Khartoum, Sudan

The primary objective is to build and maintain/ enhance the Group’s brand identity and ensure an appropriate reflection of the Group’s corporate image and values to the stakeholders in the markets in which it operates.
The position is also responsible for the direction and coordination of the marketing strategies and activities of the subsidiaries by establishing a visible and energetic Group marketing function.
The communications element requires regular contact with the media, the preparation of press releases and visibility at public events such as launches, diplomatic functions, prizegiving ceremonies and trade fairs.

Requirements
The position requires a Marketing graduate (preferably with a post-graduate qualification) who has at least 10 years of experience in the field 5 years of which have been at senior management level. Exposure to the media, communications and public relations are also critical.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are required as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to function independently is important as the incumbent will be granted a strong responsibility to enhance the visibility the established name of the Group within the Region.
Fluency in Arabic is extremely important too.
