Marketing Officer | Khartoum, Sudan

Objective:
To implement marketing plan through market intelligence, promotions, media and advertising, understand and report the market position and help to increase sales of all Motors products range.

Key Accountabilities
• Monitor and report DAL Motors new and used vehicle market share to understand the company’s position in the market.
• Monitor and report DAL Motors products (parts, tyres, batteries and services etc.) market share to understand the company’s position in the market.
• Regularly update competitor’s prices and activities to feedback into order processing and pricing function to position our products correctly.
• Carry out market surveys and collect market data to assist management in making decisions regarding new products and new markets
• Conduct branding, promotions and advertising, launches and campaigns in line with manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure high visibility and hence increase in sales.

Minimum Skills & Knowledge
• Customer oriented with good negotiations skills.
• Marketing experience.
• Dynamic, diplomatic, has good follow-up skills, able to deal with different patterns of people & colleagues.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications
• University degree in a business/engineering discipline or relevant field.
• Marketing training.
• Suits a new graduate with or without experience.
